THE SERVICE PROVIDER is committed to protecting the data that THE USER provides to THE SERVICE PROVIDER ("THE DATA"). THE SERVICE PROVIDER may engage companies to work with or on behalf of THE SERVICE PROVIDER to improve THE SERVICE or to assist in administering THE SERVICE. The parties may only use THE DATA gathered from THE SERVICE in conjunction with the services they provide to THE SERVICE PROVIDER. THE SERVICE PROVIDER may also disclose data if THE SERVICE PROVIDER is required, or believe in good faith it is required, to do so by law, a government inquiry, or in connection with defending or enforcing the rights, property of THE SERVICE PROVIDER, THE USERS or others.
